Most businesses don't need a new website. They need to capture the leads their existing site is already generating. Most engagements start there.
Fees are earned, not assumed. Pricing is fixed-fee per project, with recurring management offered only when the work warrants it. There are no long-term retainers signed before results show up.
Not every project is a fit, and that's okay. West Mount works with a small number of clients at a time and turns down work that doesn't match the approach. Better outcomes for both sides that way.
